Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health care in Sterling, CO and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
