Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Nurse to join our Logan area team for in-home patient care. You will focus on one child at a time, delivering compassionate, high-quality clinical support in a family-centered setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time nights or days, and travel between Cache/Box Elder Counties. Utah LPN/RN licenses and Active BLS are required; 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Utah nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Manage daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime).
