Job summary
KidsCare Home Health in Temple, TX seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home pediatric care. You will deliver one-on-one care to infants, children, and adolescents, following physician plans of care and agency guidelines.
This role emphasizes family education, safety, and high-quality clinical outcomes. Qualified candidates will have an active RN license (TX or compact), 1 year of home health and pediatric experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Must hold current State RN license or compact license.
- Minimum 1 year in home health.
- Minimum 1 year pediatric experience.
- CPR certification required.
- Reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct in-home pediatric care per plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Document clinical notes timely and accurately.
- Notify RN Case Manager of patient condition changes.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Follow infection control procedures and safety measures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
