Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide one‑on‑one pediatric home health care in Texas. You’ll administer meds and carry out physician orders, delivering care in the home with autonomy and meaningful family interactions.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN/LVN license, BLS CPR, and experience with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilation. Training and support are provided, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas RN or LVN license
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train

Responsibilities

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for: Nutrition via a feeding tube, Trach care, Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal, Ventilation care
• Seizure assessment and treatment
