Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking nurses to provide skilled pediatric home health care in Liberal, KS and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver patient-centered care, manage devices like G-tubes and ventilators, and coordinate with families and the care team to support children staying at home.

Qualifications

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
