Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking a Day Shift Pediatric Home Health RN to support a 1-year-old patient in Hutchinson, KS. The role focuses on one-on-one care, with a schedule of days Monday–Friday 6am–2pm and flexibility on times.

You’ll work in home and school settings, delivering skilled nursing with a focus on safety and family education. The RN will manage medications and therapies, provide G-tube, trach and ventilator care as needed, and coordinate with the care team to ensure

Qualifications

• Experienced in pediatric home health care.
• Comfortable with complex pediatric needs (g-tube, trach, central lines).
• Able to assess, monitor, and communicate changes to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
