Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Active, unencumbered RN license with compact licenses requirements.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• Current TB skin test within the last 12 months.

• Responsible for delivery and coordination of quality patient care.
• Continuously observes and assesses patient condition and reports changes.
• Documents activities and coordination of care in a timely manner.
• Develops and updates nursing care plan.
