The position supports flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with opportunities for skill advancement and 24/7 local clinician support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Pass background checks and comply with regulations

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate skilled nursing care per the care plan and physician orders.
• Observe and report condition changes to supervisor/physician.
• Document nursing actions, assessments and care coordination promptly.
• Develop, implement and update the nursing care plan.
• Monitor patient needs and adjust care to meet outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and professional standards.
