Job summary

UVA Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide care to newborn and pediatric patients in home settings. You will assess, plan, and deliver client-centered PT services within a collaborative team and regional interdisciplinary network.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Licensed to practice in Physical Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia; AHA BLS required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical therapy evaluations for newborn and pediatric patients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of intervention options and executes a program of skilled physical therapy intervention.
• Participates in professional growth and quality improvement.
• Participates in program development; other duties may be assigned.
