Amenity Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver quality OT care under physician orders in Texas. The role involves evaluating patients, planning treatments, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for children and families.

The OT will maintain confidentiality, manage a minimum 30 visits per week caseload, and develop care plans with measurable goals, while adhering to licensure standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active Texas OT license required.
• Experience with pediatrics and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide Occupational Therapy services as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 30 visits weekly.
• Provide written evaluation defining OT needs, goals and outcomes with the treatment plan.
• Follow policies, procedures, and licensure regulations.
• Develop a written plan of care with attainable goals.
• Maintain patient and company confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with the health care team and family.
• Refer patients to additional educational or medical services as needed.
• Coordinate services including discharge planning with the care team.
