Sentido Health is hiring Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients in their homes across Texas. The role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits while supporting a boutique family-owned provider culture.

The position requires a Texas LVN license (or multi-state via NLC) and pediatric/home health experience is preferred. Travel to client homes is expected.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current Texas LVN license or multi-state license via NLC.
• One year LVN pediatric care experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Under RN direction administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Plan and implement care in conjunction with the RN per POC.
• Provide care with infection control to protect staff and patient.
• Ensure continuity of care through quality patient care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with patient family and team; timely documentation.
• Monitor cases to meet payor requirements.
• Demonstrate professional growth and competency.
• Promote agency policies to ensure quality of care.
