Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one home health care in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. Positions available include full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends).

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license is required or eligible for licensure in Arizona.
• Experience in home health care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in the home per plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care across providers and settings.
• Educate families on patient clinical care to improve outcomes.
• Support preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care.
