Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Willow Grove, PA Pediatric Home Care office as Clinical Nurse Manager. This leadership role blends clinical expertise with mentorship, staff development, and high-quality patient care for medically fragile children in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, conduct in-home assessments, develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff through onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.
• Home care experience preferred; pediatric focus ideal.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire nurses to deliver pediatric home care.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits.
• Develop individualized plans of care and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Participate in education and ongoing development of clinical staff.
• Coordinate and deliver clinical in-services and competency training.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and company policies.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
