Job summary

Harmony Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse to deliver focused nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting. You will collaborate with a Pediatric RN Case Manager, families, and other health professionals to ensure patient-centered, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes medication administration, IV support, and respiratory care as needed, with emphasis on compassionate, family-focused service and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current Utah RN or LPN license.
• Must have and maintain a reliable automobile.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of Pediatric RN Case Manager.
• Carry out the plan of care and document per policy.
• Administer medications and manage IV fluids as ordered.
• Educate family on treatment regimens and self-care.
