MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide pediatric home health care in the Tucson area. The nurse will follow the physician’s plan of care, administer medications, and coordinate across care teams.

Responsibilities include educating families, documenting assessments and actions, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in the patient’s home environment. Arizona RN/LPN license required with good standing.

Qualifikationen

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Home health experience preferred.

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per the plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and care coordination.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, self-care, and prevention.
