Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
Active Nursing License in good standing (required)

Home Health Experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care as prescribed by the physician and other personnel.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
Educate patient and family regarding disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting nursing needs.
