Qualifications

• Florida LPN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• TB screening or TB blood test required.
• Alzheimer's training (DOEA approved) provided if needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
