Care Options for Kids is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric home health services. You will work with children in home-based settings, supporting OT treatment plans and helping families promote carryover in daily activities.

The role offers immediate caseloads, a sign-on bonus opportunity, and a strong support structure including clinical leadership and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support occupational therapy treatment plans in home-based settings under supervision of licensed OTs.
• Help children build functional skills and support daily routines.
• Partner with families to promote carryover in real-world environments.
