Qualifications

• RN license in the state where the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation).

Responsibilities

• Initiate the plan of care and request revisions as patient needs change.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document effectiveness.
