Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking an RN or LPN to provide pediatric nursing care in the O'Fallon, Wentzville, and surrounding areas. You will deliver one-on-one care, support families, and help children thrive at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
