Job summary

Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a BC/BE pediatric hematologist/oncologist who will also serve as a clinical faculty member at the assistant/associate professor level. The candidate will dedicate approximately 50% of clinical time to bone marrow transplant, with the rest split between hematology/oncology and non-clinical responsibilities based on interest.

The program includes a teaching hospital environment with AGMCE accredited hematology/oncology fellowship training and a medical school

Qualifications

• BC/BE pediatric hematologist/oncologist
• Experience with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation preferred
• Academic/clinical faculty role available at assistant/associate professor level

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric hematology/oncology care with focus on bone marrow transplant
• Balance clinical duties with teaching and research responsibilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across campuses
