Job summary
Atrium Health Levine Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Clinic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Hematology/Oncology Registered Nurse to support pediatric patients with hematologic and oncology conditions. Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
- Two years plus nursing experience in pediatric hematology/oncology and sickle cell.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to optimize the patient experience.
