Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Levine Children’s Specialty Center in Concord, NC. This outpatient pediatrics setting offers multidisciplinary care across GI and related specialties, with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities include patient education, care coordination, and supporting families with follow-up appointments and resources. Candidates must have an accredited nursing program, RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
One year of Nursing experience needed

Responsibilities

Providing education and support to individuals and families.
Coordinating care and connecting families with community resources.
Assisting families with accessing healthcare services and follow-up appointments.
Supporting weight management and wellness plans.
Providing health education.
Collaborating with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other team members.
Monitoring patient progress and coordinating care.
