Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Specialty Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our outpatient pediatric team serving patients from ages 0 to 21. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 40-hour schedule and a pay range that reflects RN duties within a leading pediatric network.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and have at least one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where practice occurs.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs telephone triage with diverse patient population.
• Assesses needed care and collaborates with patients and others to provide clinical solutions.
• Provides comprehensive nursing assessment in an untraditional nursing environment.
• Actively participates in team conferences and helps assess patient education needs.
