Job summary

Children's Minnesota is seeking two pediatric geneticists to join its nationally recognized Genetics and Genomics Department. The roles include a Pediatric Clinical Geneticist and a Medical Director of Genetics and Genomics, with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and leadership.

The position offers a Monday–Friday clinical schedule with occasional call, collaborative team, 288 hours of paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including signing incentives and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified pediatric clinical geneticist or eligible for Medical Director track.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and genomic medicine.
• Willingness to lead program development, research, and education.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and program development in pediatric genetics.
• Collaborate with geneticists, counselors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in precision medicine initiatives, pharmacogenomics, and genomic testing.
