Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Virginia dental license or ability to obtain licensure.
• General Dentist with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families.
• Strong commitment to creating positive patient experiences.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt treatment approaches based on patient needs.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens.
• Perform patient examinations, treatment planning, and consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming dental experience for every patient.
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, technology, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and community outreach initiatives
