Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Harrisburg, PA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with Friday 8:00am–4:30pm call and weeknight/weekend on-call. Practice includes inpatient and outpatient care with EGD, colonoscopy, and foreign bodies management.

Credentialing time is less than 30 days; Epic EMR is used. Board certification, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required, along with active PA license or IMLC.

Qualifications

• Board certification required for pediatric GI
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required
• Active PA license or IMLC required

Responsibilities

This facility is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Friday 8:00am-4:30pm | Weeknight and weekend call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Upper Endoscopy (EGD), Colonoscopy, and foreign bodies.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Less than 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Licensure required: Active Pennsylvania license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
