- Work involves a team in an 11-bed PICU and General Pediatric units.
- The hospital features a newly built Women's and Babies Center and a Level 3 NICU.
- The facility offers 18 subspecialties serving patients across 9 counties, including Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Endocrinology, General Surgery, Urology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, Hematology, Nephrology, Allergy, Nutrition, Neurosurgery, Transplant, Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, and Neonatology.
- The local team works directly under the mentorship of the chief and clinical director of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
