Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a healthcare office setting focusing on scheduling and front-office operations
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred
• Familiarity with EMR and scheduling software is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor administrative staff and front-office operations
• Lead team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure a positive, efficient, and professional front-office environment
• Address patient or family concerns promptly with high service levels
• Coordinate patient flow with clinic policies and HIPAA compliance
• Manage therapists' calendars and ensure full schedules
• Answer calls and build rapport with families
• Maintain accurate patient information and check-in/check-out procedures
• Communicate policies to families and ensure adherence
