Hometown Pediatric Sevierville, a division of Summit Medical Group, seeks an experienced Multi-Duty Receptionist to join our team in Sevierville, TN. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and involves front-desk responsibilities in a busy medical office.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting patients, performing check-ins, scheduling and registration, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail essential for accurate data entry and patient check-in.
• Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and assist callers.
• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous way.
• Check-in patients, verify information, and collect copays as appropriate.
• Assist patients with ambulatory needs and maintain customer service focus.
• Schedule appointments, handle referrals and pre-certifications.
• File charts, coordinate lab work, and deliver mail/records as requested.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Attend required meetings and participate in site improvement activities.
