Job summary

Tribeca Pediatrics is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our NYC office. You will be the face of the practice, delivering high-level service, managing patient intake, scheduling, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong time management, multitasking ability, and flexibility in schedule. Vaccination proof is required for Hep B, Tdap, and MMR as part of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless customer service to patients and families.
• Register new patients and manage demographic and billing info.
• Schedule, reschedule, cancel and confirm appointments.
• Directly assist with patient intake, charting and documentation in EMR.
• Handle calls, faxes and prescriptions; communicate with staff as needed.
• Maintain organized, efficient front desk operations and inventory awareness.
