Wolfson Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Flex/Float Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time night shift position.

The RN will float among Wolfson nursing units, provide general and intensive pediatric care, and administer medications per hospital policies. Requires 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, active RN license, and pediatric-focused certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience required.
• Experience in pediatric care preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

Responsibilities

• Accepts assignment daily (as frequently as every 4 hours) to all Wolfson nursing units as needed.
• Provides general and intensive patient care to the pediatric population utilizing all aspects of the nursing process.
• Administers medications per hospital policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with others.
