Job summary

Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Float Pool. The role spans NICU, PICU, acute care, hematology/oncology, and pediatric ED, requiring adaptability, clinical excellence, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, applying evidence-based practice and effective communication to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience across units.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience & at least 1 year Peds experience is required.
• Float pool experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
