Job summary

Thriving Joy Pediatric Therapy, LLC in Lutz, FL is seeking a licensed SLP or OT who is passionate about pediatric feeding. You will evaluate and treat infants, toddlers, and elementary-age children facing feeding and swallowing challenges, with a family-centered approach.

Qualifications

If you're the therapist who reads feeding research for fun, who notices tongue posture in every baby you meet, and who feels a little too happy when a sensory kiddo finally touches a new food, we'd love to meet you.

Thriving Joy is a boutique, therapist-owned practice specializing in feeding, lactation, and speech for children birth through elementary school.

What makes this different

You'll learn alongside a clinician with over a decade of NICU and pediatric hospital experience. Jaime Perez (MS, CCC-SLP, CLC, CNT, NTMCT) is invested in growing feeding specialists, and mentorship here is ongoing, not a one-time onboarding.

Who we're looking for

• A licensed SLP or OT with a genuine passion for pediatric feeding
• Experience with sensory-based feeding challenges (picky eaters, food aversions, texture difficulties)
• Infant feeding experience strongly preferred: bottle and breastfeeding difficulties, oral-motor coordination, NICU graduates
• Someone who is curious, collaborative, and wants to keep growing their clinical skills
• A clinician who sees the whole family, not just the child in front of them

What you'll do

Evaluate and treat infants, toddlers and elementary age children struggling with feeding and swallowing. Therapy will be primarily provided at our Lutz office with home and school visits as desired and as appropriate.
