SunnyDays Therapy Inc. is a growing pediatric clinic offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services.

The Occupational Therapist Feeding Specialist will assess and treat children with feeding difficulties, collaborating with families and caregivers, and providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy interventions. We offer a full-time base salary of $63,000 - $72,000 annually based on licensure and experience, with additional monthly and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minnesota Department of Health Occupational Therapy License (or in process).
• 2 years' experience in pediatric feeding therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate feeding difficulties in children.
• Develop and implement individualized feeding therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team for holistic therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric feeding therapy through continuing education.

Locations:

We are hiring for our Albertville and Waconia clinics.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. We will work with you to determine a schedule that meets your needs and the needs of your clients! We treat clients Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM.

• Develop and implement individualized feeding therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of pediatric feeding therapy through continuing education and professional development.

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Physical Requirements:

This role involves working with children of all ages and may require light work including but not limited to movement of treatment equipment, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
