Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is seeking an Evaluation Specialist to ensure high-quality, clinically appropriate evaluations for referred children in NYC CPSE, Westchester CPSE, and Westchester Early Intervention. The role involves coordinating evaluation processes, preparing IEPs, and liaising with districts and families.

The position requires certification in School Psychology/Special Education or an MSW, strong analytical skills, and experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and county regulations and clinical appropriateness.
• Experience working in a high-volume work environment with multitasking.

Responsabilités

• Review evaluation reports for compliance and clinical appropriateness.
• Upload evaluations to the database.
• Assign packets to clinicians and schedule meetings as needed.
• Communicate with school districts, referral sources, and families.
• Assist evaluation teams with troubleshooting and billing as needed.
