Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric ER in the Washington, DC area. The role supports day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options in a Magnet-recognized hospital.

Qualifications include RN license, ADN or higher, BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred, and pediatric ER experience preferred. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred.
• 1+ year(s) experience in pediatric/ER setting preferred.
• Experience with pediatric medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for young patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat pediatric patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.
