Qualifications

• Successful completion of orientation programs related to specialty.
• Maintenance of unit-specific competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for designated patients.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes.
• Maintains effective communication with patients and family.
• Participates in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Provides education to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Leads and mentors junior staff as assigned.
