Job summary

Curative is seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist to join a well-established Atlanta practice serving children across metro areas. The role offers high surgical volume, autonomy, and a collaborative team-based environment with multiple locations including Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Duluth, and Marietta.

Starting compensation begins at $400,000+ with uncapped bonuses and potential ASC shareholder opportunities; wraparound benefits, relocation, and retirement match are included,

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric ENT preferred.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
• Willing to rotate between metro Atlanta locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric otolaryngology care with high-volume surgeries.
• Participate in practice call and hospital coverage as needed.
• Engage in program development and new initiatives.
