Inova Health System in Fairfax, VA seeks a Pediatric Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a growing Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology. The role involves outpatient and inpatient pediatric ENT care, with call coverage and teaching opportunities at Inova L.J.

Murphy Children’s Hospital and a pediatric ambulatory practice at Willow Oaks. The position includes academic appointment as Associate Professor in the University of Virginia Department of Surgery, with competitive compensation,

Formación

• Must have completed or be in the process of completing an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Board-certified or eligible in Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery; Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology credentialing strongly recommended.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in Virginia.
• Ability to credential with third-party payors and CMS Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.
• Successful credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical care in pediatric ENT across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Cover ER and NICU/PICU patients as part of a rotating team.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Audiology and other specialties.
• Participate in teaching and research opportunities within the department.
• Engage in state-of-the-art ORs and use Epic EMR across sites.

Educación

ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology

Board-certified/eligible in Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery

Virginia medical licensure (unrestricted)

CMS Medicare/Medicaid payer credentialing

Medical Staff credentialing and privileges
