Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health in Broomall, PA seeks an Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to join the ENT team caring for pediatric patients.

The APP delivers independent and collaborative care, performs in-office procedures, educates families, and supports quality improvement within the division. Cross coverage to TJU may be required.

Qualifications

• Active APRN licensure with prescriptive authority in DE/PA or active PA licensure in DE/PA.
• Active multistate RN license required (for NPs).
• Current certification as Pediatric NP or NCCPA-certified.
• Delaware CSR and Federal DEA registrations with DE/PA addresses.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver family-centered outpatient care with comprehensive histories and exams.
• Perform in-office procedures under attending supervision (e.g., cerumen removal, laryngoscopy).
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide ENT clinical education.
• Serve as clinical resource and specialty consultant to Nemours Children’s Health and community.
• Support quality improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
