Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Otolaryngology team in Broomall, PA. The APP will provide independent and collaborative care for pediatric ENT patients, performing in-office procedures and delivering family-centered care.

Collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams is essential, with opportunities for clinical education, quality improvement participation, and cross-coverage to TJU.

Qualifications

• APRNs with prescriptive authority in Delaware and Pennsylvania or PAs licensed in both states.
• Active Multistate RN license required for Nurse Practitioners.
• Current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or NCCPA certification.
• Delaware CSR and Federal DEA registration with Delaware and Pennsylvania addresses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, family-centered outpatient care with comprehensive histories and exams.
• Perform in-office procedures under attending supervision (e.g., cerumen removal, laryngoscopy).
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical education within ENT division.
• Serve as a clinical resource and specialty consultant across Nemours Children's Health and community.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aligned with Nemours goals.
