Nicklaus Children's in Florida is seeking an ENT Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for a full-time, days schedule. The APRN will independently manage pediatric otolaryngology patients within a physician-led team, performing history taking, exams, orders, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities include procedures, postoperative rounds, inpatient consults, and participation in quality initiatives. Requires Florida APRN license, CNGS, and board certification via ANCC/AANP/PNCB; two years

Formación

• Master's degree in nursing or DNP is required.
• APRN Florida licensure in good standing is required.
• Board certification via ANCC, AANP, or PNCB.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive H&Ps of pediatric otolaryngology patients.
• Develops and implements plans of care to achieve outcomes.
• Orders labs, radiology studies, and consultations as appropriate.
• Records care in EMR and departmental systems.
• Performs procedures within scope of practice per privilege delineation.
• Provides inpatient consults and rounds and post-op care.
• Precepts APP students.
