Nemours Children's Health in Salisbury, MD seeks an Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider (Pediatric NP or PA) to join our pediatric ENT team. You will provide high-quality, family-centered care with independent practice and collaborative support from physicians, delivering comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions in children.

Qualificações

• Outpatient care and pediatric history taking.
• Comprehensive physical examinations in children.
• Education of patients and families about diagnoses and care.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in ENT.
• In-office procedures under supervision (cerumen removal, laryngoscopy).
• Quality improvement participation aligned with Nemours goals.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
• Perform in-office procedures under supervision, including cerumen removal and assisting with fiberoptic laryngoscopy.
• Educate families with clear information on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance ENT care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant across Nemours Children's Health.
• Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
