Responsabilités

• Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of endocrine disorders in children (diabetes, growth, thyroid, puberty, adrenal, metabolic bone disease, DSD).
• Collaborate with diabetes educators, nutritionists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and subspecialists for coordinated care.
• Balance outpatient continuity clinics with inpatient consults to provide clinical variety.
• Provide teaching opportunities for rotating medical students and pediatric residents.

Boston Children's Health Physicians is a large multi-specialty group with more than 300 clinicians providing comprehensive care for newborns, children, and adolescents. We proudly offer a full range of care to families in over 55 practices throughout New York's Metropolitan Area, the Hudson Valley, and Connecticut.

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing pediatric subspecialty practice. Our ideal candidate brings a strong interest in advancing pediatric endocrine clinical care for children with complex endocrine disorders. Prior research experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for a physician who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a commitment to improving outcomes for pediatric patients.

Our Pediatric Endocrinology program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a Center for Diabetes Education and by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Specialty Practice (Medical Home Neighbor). Key Highlights

• Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of endocrine disorders, including diabetes (Type 1 & 2), growth disorders, thyroid disease, puberty disorders, adrenal conditions, metabolic bone disease, and disorders of sex development.
• Multidisciplinary, Team-Based Practice: Collaborate closely with diabetes educators, nutritionists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and pediatric subspecialists to deliver coordinated, family-centered care.
• Balanced Clinical Experience: Mix of outpatient continuity clinics with inpatient consults, providing clinical variety and professional engagement.
• Teaching opportunities with rotating medical students and pediatric residents.

You will join a well-established, collegial, and collaborative multidisciplinary team, including:

• 4 Pediatric Endocrinologists
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)
• Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (CDCES)
• Embedded care coordination

Budget for the Full Time Position is $170,000 - $200,000 with an opportunity for productivity bonus.
