Qualifications

• Must maintain current state licensure and DEA certificate.
• Proficiency in the operation of medical equipment used in patient care.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides general patient care involving evaluation and formulation of a care plan.
• Prescribes or administers treatment as per the care plan.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical problems.
• Maintains medical records in accordance with standards.
