Qualifications
- Board certified or eligible in pediatric endocrinology
- Minnesota medical license or eligibility
- Current CPR/BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
- ISCD certification within 6 months
Responsibilities
- Outpatient consultative and follow-up for endocrine and growth disorders
- Differential diagnosis of endocrine disorders
- Inpatient pediatric endocrine consultations and management
- Shared call coverage for endocrine concerns
- Participation in multidisciplinary clinics
- Reading and interpreting DXA scans
- Quality control for anthropometric measuring service
- Research opportunities in endocrine areas of interest
- Endocrine talks and grand rounds for residents and staff
- Outpatient clinics at multiple Twin Cities locations
- Team with endocrine staff in outpatient clinics and quarterly meetings
