Job summary
Nemours Children's Health, Pensacola, seeks a Pediatric Endocrinologist to join Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart. You will evaluate and manage children with endocrine disorders and collaborate across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in pediatric endocrinology.
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA.
- Experience in pediatric endocrine clinics and hospital-based care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats pediatric patients with endocrine disorders.
- Adheres to standardized clinical pathways in pediatric medicine.
- Supports cost effectiveness and quality improvement initiatives.
- Accepts referrals and acts as consulting physician for inpatient care.
- Participates in medical education and research; rounds with residents.
- Provides documentation meeting insurer requirements and appeals denials.
- Participates in inpatient and outpatient endocrinology consultations, including on-call.
