The role offers competitive compensation ($225,000–$300,000+), a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Expect six weeks of call annually and generous PTO/CME support.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship training.
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality pediatric specialty care.
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
