Akron Children's in Northeast Ohio seeks a Pediatric Endocrinologist to join the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology. You will work in a collaborative, child-centered environment with a comprehensive care team and opportunities to contribute to research, program development, and patient education.

The Endocrinology team includes 8 pediatric endocrinologists and a full diabetes management program, with a supportive culture and strong focus on family-centered care.

The Endocrinology team consists of 8 pediatric endocrinologists, 6 certified nurse practitioners and a comprehensive diabetes management team. The Center's staff is complemented by a full-service lab, registered dietitians, social work, child psychologists and others who work together to provide top-notch care to the patients served.

The Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology provides comprehensive care for all aspects of endocrine disorders and Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. In addition, the Center also has specialized programs and clinics including the following:

• Turner Syndrome Program
• Thyroid Disorders Clinic
• Survivors of Childhood Cancers and Brain Tumors
• Gender Affining Care
• Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
• Neurofibromatosis 1
• Annual Diabetes Camp
